How to acquire weapons and build a collection

Weapons are a must-have in the Apocalypse, whilst many are very subpar by not offering high damage output and magazine size, there are many alternative options not found at the Main Trading Hub.

This guide will teach you what route to go in order to recieve bigger, better weapons than the traditional ones.

Vanilla Weapon Vendor

Vanilla GTA 5 Weaponry can be found, or purchased by visiting the Main Trading Hub, in the case of purchasing, you can visit the Weapon Vendor located on the Second Floor of the Main Trading Hub in the Central Area nearest the Bottlecaps Vault. There are many fan favorites available to buy out of the box. Although, crafting is the cheaper method in every case.

Crafting can be done by visiting the Crafting Table, however, you may need specific materials before being able to fully craft your weapon. These can be found in the following list.

• Weapon-Specific Blueprint

• Rifle Parts Kit (Level One)

• Rifle Parts Kit (Level Two)

• Rifle Parts Kit (Level Three)

• Pistol Parts Kit (Level One)

• Pistol Parts Kit (Level Two)

• Pistol Parts Kit (Level Three)

Rifle & Pistol Parts Kits can be found by looting zombies and props, alongside doing Dungeons. However, they are directly purchasable from the Community Trading Hub located in Sandy Shores. CTH is a small haven offering exclusive items that may not be regularly obtainable at the Main Trading Hub.

Weapon Blueprints can be purchased by visiting the Blueprint Table located directly beside the Bottlecaps Vault. Blueprints can be sold to Main Trading Hub in the case you collect additional that may not be needed.

Exotic Weapon Vendor

Exotic Modded Weaponry can only be purchased by visiting the Exotic Vendor. There are over (50+) Weapons available to the public, although you need a special currency to purchase Exotics.

• DataCred Currency

DataCred can be used to purchase high-tier weapons from Exotic Vendor, this currency is only obtainable by looting, or doing dungeons. It cannot be obtained anywhere else due to the rarity.

Exotic Weapons are on a rotation, meaning that every restart will be a new set of (13) purchasable weapons, giving meaning to Exotics and allowing Players to make a market off of hard work.

Exotic Weapons offer unbelievable damage output, high magazine caps, and special weapon particle effects. Hold your weapon with pride as it is not easy to obtain exotics.
